Career Group is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager for its Downtown San Francisco headquarters. The role oversees day-to-day operations, facilities, vendors, office programs, events, and employee experience for 150+ employees, onsite.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and capable of improving processes in a fast-growing company. This position includes a base salary of $80,000–$110,000 with discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or a closely related role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace operations for the San Francisco headquarters and support workplace initiatives across multiple global office locations.
• Serve as the primary workplace point of contact, ensuring a seamless, organized, and high-functioning employee and guest experience.
• Partner with HR and IT on onboarding, offboarding, workplace policies, attendance logistics, and employee support programs.
• Manage workplace programs, employee events, amenities, cultural initiatives, and engagement activities that foster connection and community.
• Oversee space planning, seating, workplace assets, supplies, and office improvements to support evolving business needs.
• Own workplace communications, emergency preparedness programs, and operational processes that ensure employee safety and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, workplace budgets, facilities maintenance, mail services, and building operations.
• Coordinate high-profile executive, VIP, and guest visits, ensuring a polished and professional experience.
• Plan and execute company events, celebrations, meetings, and special workplace initiatives.
• Build scalable workplace systems, continuously improve processes, and serve as a trusted operational partner across the organization.
