Job summary

SPS North America in New York is seeking a Workplace Experience & Concierge Client Manager to lead a client-facing program delivering exceptional workplace service. You will anticipate needs, coordinate requests, and maintain a high standard of hospitality for employees, executives, and guests.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, service excellence, and collaboration with HR, facilities, and vendors to sustain a premium workplace experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in concierge, hospitality, guest services, workplace experience, executive services, client experience, or related service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, welcoming experience for employees, executives, visitors and guests.
• Own intake, coordination, follow-up and resolution of workplace and concierge requests.
• Partner with client leadership to improve employee and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate events, vendors, and workplace services to ensure seamless delivery.
• Coach and develop Workplace Experience and Concierge team members to uphold standards.
