• Ability to translate workforce data into clear insights and business recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience partnering across strategy, finance, HR to develop actionable workforce plans informed by automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to connect workforce strategy with business priorities.
• Lead change to execute workforce strategy and transformation.
• Build and run an operating system to accelerate strategic delivery (planning, agility, redeployment, governance).
