• Eight plus years of HR experience with talent management, succession, and leadership development.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills to operate as 1st Chair with senior leaders and HR Executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Reviews and succession planning for the TDP segment, serving as 1st Chair.
• Align to the firmwide talent review playbook while tailoring content to TDP business demands.
• Deliver succession plans for Board and Senior Management Function roles with the HR Executive and HRBAs.
• Partner with ETM to run offsites and processes for Top Guns and OC Potential talent.
• Drive Development Plans for KFR incumbents and successors and the 7‑Step Engagement Plan for OC Potential.
• Serve as 1st Chair for TDP ETM processes ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
