Job summary

Riverwalker Talent is partnering with Immigrant Family Services Institute (IFSI) to recruit a Director of Workforce Development in Mattapan, MA. • At least five examples of programmatic success in workforce development, adult education, or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for IFSI's workforce development programs and implement a road map with senior leadership.
• Develop career pathways in healthcare and early childhood education and build employer relationships to turn training into jobs.
• Monitor enrollment and outcomes; adjust formats and delivery models as needed (in-person, online, hybrid).
• Oversee staff and instructors; provide onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
