Qualifications

• Prior experience in Human Resources, recruiting or marketing, and prior experience with an HRIS database/ATS.
• Experience in a behavioral health or related setting preferred.
• Professional communication skills a must, including excellent oral/written skills and business-appropriate social media skills.
• Willingness to work occasional evening or weekend events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Oversee internship programming agency-wide by sourcing intern candidates and providing a robust pipeline of strong talent for permanent roles.
• Develop and enhance internship/mentorship programs and coordinate placements with managers.
• Cultivate relationships with area educational institutions and community partners for intern/extern placements.
• Coordinate college recruiting and networking events with Recruiter/HR Manager.
• Promote agency positions to interns and manage internship applications in ATS.
• Conduct intern orientation and onboarding activities; serve as liaison with interns.
• Plan and execute intern appreciation events and engagement initiatives for retention.
• Maintain intern database and assist HR team on special projects.
