• Define product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and governance for Workday capabilities.
• Drive optimization and modernization of workforce processes and automation.
• Lead Workday analysts, consultants, and vendor partners with a focus on value delivery.
• Collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and IT.
