Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) in Miami seeks a Manager of Workday Workforce Solution to lead the strategy, roadmap, governance, and ongoing evolution of Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. This role acts as the functional product leader to deliver scalable Workday solutions improving employee experience and compliance.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and IT, guiding analysts, consultants, and vendor partners while tracking

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR technology, HR operations, payroll, or workforce management.
• 7+ years hands-on Workday experience.
• Deep functional expertise in Payroll, Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Experience leading large-scale Workday initiatives and managing vendors.
• Strong payroll operations, workforce administration, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and governance for Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, workforce administration, employee/manager self-service, and workforce reporting.
• Lead Payroll partner relationships to ensure accuracy, controls, scalability, and continuity.
• Modernize and optimize employee lifecycle, HCM, time, attendance, scheduling, and leave processes.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and configuration improvements with proper controls.
• Build partnerships across HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and IT; translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead adoption of Workday releases and new functionality with focus on usage and value realization.
• Oversee Workday analysts, consultants, and vendor partners with accountability and growth.
• Monitor outcomes like payroll accuracy, self-service adoption, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
