Ryan Specialty is seeking a Brokerage Manager to lead a team of brokers, drive profitable growth, and achieve revenue targets while delivering tailored underwriting solutions. The position emphasizes in-person collaboration, adherence to regulations, and a focus on client retention and cross-sell opportunities to grow the book of business

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Wholesale Brokerage, Commercial insurance coverages, Sales or Underwriting with 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Sales and Risk Management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drives sales of insurance solutions and leads a team of brokers with assigned responsibilities and goals.
• Resolves client complaints, confirms quotes and binders in writing, evaluates team performance and provides actionable feedback.
• Partners with clients and agency stakeholders, understands needs and suggests solutions through in-person meetings and marketing efforts.
• Oversees development of customized insurance solutions to exceed client expectations and drives client retention and business growth.
• Exercises independent judgment in risk assessment and placement with optimal carriers; recommends favorable commission structures and builds long-term partnerships.
