Job summary

Ryan Specialty, a leading wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products, is seeking a Brokerage Operations Coordinator in California. The role supports daily brokerage operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives efficient document handling and client information management.

You will work with brokers to complete transactions, prepare renewal documentation, and maintain accurate records across required systems while providing responsive customer service through multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• Experience in insurance brokerage operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and coordinating day-to-day brokerage operations and support the implementation and improvement of operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the broker to prepare documents for market renewal and provide administrative support in filing, printing, and archiving documents.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client accounts and transactions, ensuring compliance with record-keeping regulations.
• Provide customer service by answering broker requests via telephone, email, chat, or in person.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports and collaborate with broker and finance teams on business requirements.
