Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business Administration, Economics or Distribution.
• 12+ years of experience in distribution strategy, agent onboarding, external-facing engagement, channel management; 8+ years with a Master's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience with data analytics and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Spearheads creation of forward-looking distribution strategies based on market research and industry trends.
• Evaluates and enhances distribution channel strategies to increase market share and improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Leads integration of marketing strategies with distribution efforts and oversees regulatory compliance.
