Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange is seeking an Executive Director for Warehouse Management to lead operations at our 90,000-square-foot campus. You will report to the President & CEO and drive excellence across warehouse, production planning, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, automation, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will build scalable systems, develop KPIs, and prepare the organization for significant growth, while shaping a high-performing leadership team to support franchise,

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large distribution or manufacturing operations.
• Executive leadership experience with multi-department responsibility.
• Strong financial and P&L management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct distribution/warehouse operations for a 90,000 sq ft campus.
• Oversee production planning, inventory strategy, and fulfillment.
• Lead automation initiatives and operational technology implementations.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team guiding rapid growth.
