Job summary

RugPadUSA is seeking a Director of Operations to own and optimize post-sale operations across manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and marketplace programs. You will drive cost, speed, quality, and compliance while reporting to the CEO and leading the operations leadership team.

The role demands scale management across four sites, including Seller Fulfilled Prime and major retailer programs. A strong track record in multi-site operations and P&L ownership is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of progressive operations leadership in ecommerce, consumer products, retail fulfillment, or manufacturing.
• Five-plus years leading multi-site operations.
• Proven P&L ownership at a company or division.
• Hands-on command of warehouse management systems and ERP.
• Experience with parcel and LTL freight and carrier management.
• Track record building scalable teams, systems, and processes.
• Strong analytical toolkit for data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Seller Fulfilled Prime or similar strict-SLA programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four warehouses and manufacturing operations, driving throughput, accuracy, labor productivity, safety, and cost per order.
• Maintain Seller Fulfilled Prime status and ensure on-time shipments and valid tracking across channels.
• Design network strategy for inventory placement and expansion of warehouse footprint as volume grows.
• Negotiate carrier relationships and manage inbound/outbound freight budgets.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, capacity, and quality; drive continuous improvement in yield and cost.
