Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange seeks a Director of Warehouse Management to lead its 90,000-square-foot distribution and production campus. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and scale systems to support rapid growth.

You'll oversee warehouse operations, production planning, inventory strategy, fulfillment for franchise and ecommerce, and safety, using automation and real-time KPIs to elevate service levels and efficiency across the

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large distribution or manufacturing operations.
• Executive leadership experience with multi-department responsibility.
• Strong financial and P&L management skills.
• Warehouse automation and WMS experience.
• Experience building KPIs and operational dashboards.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Food manufacturing or consumer products experience preferred.
• Experience with S&OP, production planning, or inventory optimization preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution and warehouse operations across the campus.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling.
• Develop and execute inventory strategy and accuracy initiatives.
• Manage franchise and ecommerce fulfillment.
• Oversee operational technology and automation initiatives.
• Ensure facilities safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop KPIs and provide operational reporting to leadership.
• Lead team development and coaching for scale.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Position facility for wholesale and 3PL growth.
