World Oil Environmental Services seeks an experienced Warehouse/Dispatch Manager in Compton, CA to oversee warehouse and containerized operations, driving efficient receiving, storage, and distribution. You will schedule drivers, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise a team to meet internal and external customer needs.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing inventory flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• AA or BA in business, transportation or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in operations, inventory control, transportation, manifesting, hazardous materials, routing, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and containerized operations to plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution of items.
• Coordinate containerized dispatch and driver scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies across warehouse activities.
• Manage performance, training, and supervision of warehouse staff and drivers.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile receiving reports to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure internal and external customer requirements are met.
