Job summary

World Oil Environmental Services is seeking a Terminal Manager in Compton, CA to oversee Office, Dispatch, Warehouse and Facility operations at the terminal and drive efficiency and profitability. The role requires directing day-to-day activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of related experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to coordinate with multiple departments and agencies.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with financial statements (P&L) and budget management.
• Experience leading teams in both union and non-union environments.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates Office, Dispatch, Warehouse and Facility operations at the terminal.
• Oversees budgeting processes, analyzes budget requests and allocates resources.
• Reviews Profit and Loss statements and operational reports to guide changes.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Interfaces with federal, state and local agencies to maintain professional coordination.
