Job summary

World Oil is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a full-time role in Compton, CA. You will develop routes, stay in contact with drivers, and oversee daily operations to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

Key requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in dispatching, preferably in a hazardous waste environment. Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of dispatching experience in hazardous waste or related field.
• Availability Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce disruptions.
• Monitor route changes and coordinate new routes for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Work with Safety, Management & HR on employee relations and paperwork.
• Ensure orders and supporting paperwork are available to avoid delays.
