Job summary

HSBC seeks a Director, IMM Coverage within the US Business Credit Office to lead a high-performing, client-centric team across the International Mid-Market segment. You will oversee credit and lending servicing journeys, ensure stringent risk management, and collaborate with CCM, WCR, Legal, and global partners to deliver seamless client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit and lending with international mid-market exposure.
• Proven track record in leading teams and strategic planning.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders.
• Advanced financial acumen and credit assessment skills.
• Knowledge of US banking regulations, credit risk, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead US-based IMM coverage teams delivering credit and lending services.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve outcomes while aligning with regional priorities.
• Collaborate with CCM, WCR, Legal, and global teams to implement strategy.
• Oversee governance for risk and issues in the Credit & Lending journey.
• Drive KPI/SLA management and end-to-end service oversight.
• Partner with CCMS product, design, tech to modernise technology and automation.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and auditors.
• Manage multiple senior stakeholders and align conflicting agendas.
• Support BCO model adoption to be globally leading.
• Foster diverse, engaging credit workforce.
