Job summary

As a trusted adviser at headquarters level, you’ll coordinate with product teams to meet client needs, mentor junior staff, and ensure end-to-end service excellence in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of Consumer and Retail clients.
• Proven track record achieving revenue and RoRWA growth.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Familiarity with regulations impacting banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Consumer and Retail clients as primary contact with sector-informed coverage.
• Lead day-to-day performance and development of junior staff within the team.
• Deliver revenue and RoRWA growth through strategy implementation.
• Build long-term client relationships and secure new partnerships aligned to HSBC’s strategy.
• Act as a strategic trusted adviser to Consumer and Retail clients at HQ level.
• Coordinate with product specialists to develop and present global solutions.
• Own customer engagement across the relationship lifecycle with end-to-end service.
• Inspire and motivate junior colleagues to deliver high-quality relationship management.
