Qualifications

7 years of experience in product management, strategy, or related fields, preferably in health insurance.
5 years in a management or leadership role.
UM experience in payer or health tech organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy; conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Lead product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and track progress against budgets and timelines.
Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Mentor and lead a high-performing product team; communicate strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
