Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Director of Trust Operations to lead day-to-day financial services operations, optimize processes, and strengthen risk controls. You will drive scalable processes and ensure service excellence across client engagements.

As a senior leader, you will partner with executive leadership to implement automation, monitor performance metrics, and mentor high-performing teams in a growing organization located in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in financial services.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing operational risk.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with workflow tools and process automation preferred.

• Lead and oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
