Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting, finance, or revenue operations experience.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and accrual accounting.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience working with large volumes of transactional data.
• Strong communication and business partnering abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Analyze large data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Investigate variances and provide meaningful business insights to leadership.
• Partner with operational teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity.
• Support audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
