Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in technology, learning and development, or enterprise transformation.
- 5+ years leading teams or large-scale technology capability programs.
- Experience aligning learning with Agile delivery and AI technologies.
- Ability to partner with senior technology leaders and measure impact with analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise technology learning strategy with measurable milestones.
- Embed learning as a change lever alongside transformation initiatives.
- Align curricula with delivery maturity and agile practices.
- Govern L&D portfolio including investment and vendor strategy.
- Represent learning progress to executives quarterly.
- Design agile learning curricula and certify enterprise coaches.
