Job summary

Guggenheim Investments is seeking a seasoned Learning and Leadership Development leader to architect the enterprise learning strategy, design curricula, and run programs from onboarding through senior/executive development. The role also drives future-ready skills including AI fluency and reskilling, with governance over platform, content, vendors and budget.

The role owns four pillars of Learning, measuring outcomes over activity, and will oversee a dedicated L&D team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning and development, leadership development, organizational development or talent, with enterprise learning strategy ownership.
• Proven experience designing and launching manager and leadership development programs end to end.
• Track record designing or running executive development and coaching programs with senior leaders.
• Experience conducting learning needs assessments and building curricula tied to business outcomes.
• Ability to define learning outcome metrics and use data to improve programs.
• Knowledge of learning platforms and an informed view on AI impacts on learning.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year learning and leadership development roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Diagnose capability gaps with leaders and translate into targeted development.
• Design and run manager development pathways, coaching and feedback skills.
• Build and govern the leadership capability framework and executive programs.
• Partner with Talent Management and other functions to align leadership pipelines.
• Lead AI fluency and reskilling initiatives with Technology, Risk and Compliance.
• Own learning platform, content portfolio, vendors and learning budget.
• Define outcome metrics such as manager effectiveness and leadership readiness.
