Job summary

Redirect Health is hiring our first Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruiting end-to-end, from writing the job ad to scheduling final interviews. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with real ownership over process, budget, and candidate strategy.

As we grow, this role has the opportunity to build and lead a team. This isn’t an order-taking recruiter role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Job Ad from writing to final interview scheduling
• Diagnose underperforming ads and improve with AI tools
• Manage ad budget up to $500/month
• Assess culture fit through candidate stories and sessions
• Schedule candidates onto hiring managers' calendars
