Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field, including leadership of a team.
• Ability to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and growth while driving enterprise initiatives.
• Translate business and talent needs into analyses and synthesize results into insights.
• Experience with statistical methods and advanced analytics (regression, longitudinal, multilevel, predictive).
• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics (ML, generative AI) and applying AI tools to analytics.
• Experience with employee listening and survey research (design, analysis, action planning).
• Experience managing HR data sets using SAP/SuccessFactors, Azure SQL, SQL Server; building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and researchers delivering talent analytics and workforce insights.
• Set vision/roadmap for talent analytics aligned with enterprise strategy and employee experience.
• Measure and analyze talent data to deliver proactive insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Own the enterprise Employee Listening strategy and drive actions from results.
• Build forecasting and predictive capabilities leveraging AI to anticipate workforce needs.
• Define and track key talent metrics linking programs to business outcomes.
• Govern data quality, privacy, and ethical use of employee data; promote responsible AI use.
• Champion automation and self-service data access with scalable reporting and dashboards.
• Present analyses and implications clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
