Job summary

ZETTA² is seeking a Head of Talent / Head Recruiter to build and lead our recruiting department from the ground up at the Houston HQ. You will own the end-to-end candidate experience, from building pipelines to assessing fit, and you will establish scalable recruiting processes that align with rapid company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in tech startups.
• Strong communication and multi-role management.
• Knowledge of AI technologies relevant to recruiting.
• Experience with Ashby ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and interview candidates for open roles, primarily in engineering and AI.
• Assist with general HR administrative duties.
• Assess candidates for technical background and culture fit before passing them to the leadership team.
• Stay in close communication with leadership, leading pipeline reviews to keep hiring aligned with growth.
• Work with senior leadership to deploy ATS, recruitment technology, and AI-powered tools.
• Create university recruiting program and promote ZETTA² across select universities.
