Job summary

NiCE seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition Transformation to lead global TA modernization, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced recruiting tech. You will drive strategy across processes, analytics, and systems, partnering with HR, IT, Legal, and Finance to enable faster, higher-quality hiring at scale.

You'll shape the TA tech roadmap, govern processes, and deliver data-driven insights while managing vendor relationships and sustaining a high-performance, change-ready organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years in TA Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Talent Acquisition transformation and operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the TA technology roadmap, including ATS, CRM, AI-powered recruiting tools, automation capabilities, workflow optimization, and recruiting analytics.
• Drive adoption of AI and emerging technologies to increase TA productivity, improve hiring quality, reduce cycle times, and enhance candidate experience.
• Establish global standards, governance, and operating procedures balancing global and local market needs.
• Own recruiting analytics and insights, delivering reporting and data-driven recommendations.
• Define and monitor KPIs including time-to-fill, hiring velocity, funnel conversion, quality of hire, TA effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
• Own the TA tool ecosystem and roadmap, manage vendor relationships and ensure scalable systems.
• Lead high-impact TA programs including Referrals and Talent Masters to elevate recruiters' capabilities.
• Partner with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and organizational change management across TA.
