Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to build and transform our enterprise TA capability. You will partner with the CHRO and executives to translate business strategy into differentiated recruitment plans, leveraging AI, analytics, and scalable processes to attract top scientific, clinical, digital, and executive talent.

Own global TA governance, workforce planning, and dashboards while mentoring a high-performing team and elevating diversity in hiring.

Qualifications

BS/BA and 16+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or HR leadership, or Master’s with 14+ years.
Global Talent Acquisition leadership with enterprise accountability.
Experience leading organizational transformation, scaling, acquisitions, or expansion.
Expertise with AI-enabled recruiting technologies and workforce analytics.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and Board committees.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with long-term growth.
Partner with executive leadership to forecast workforce needs and multi-year plans.
Provide labor market intelligence to guide decisions.
Ensure TA strategies support diversity and inclusion.
Lead a high-performing global TA organization with measurable outcomes.
Design scalable TA operating models leveraging AI and technology.
