Job summary

Flowcode, based in New York with an in-office role at our Soho, NYC office, seeks a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own the talent bar and pipeline for top 1% talent across GTM and engineering.

You will personally close senior hires, design AI-enabled sourcing workflows, manage time-to-hire metrics, and partner with executive leadership to drive fast, quality hires while controlling costs and maintaining a defensible interview process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition, with 2+ years leading TA at 50–500 employees.
• Personally closed senior hires; not just managed a process.
• Runs funnel like a revenue pipeline with defensible metrics.
• AI-native in sourcing/screening workflows and outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication; in-person in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Define top 1% hiring bar for each function with calibrated scorecards.
• Maintain an always-on pipeline and warm, mapped talent for critical roles.
• Prioritize direct sourcing and referrals; own referral engine.
• Improve speed from meet to close; shorten time-to-hire.
• Own recruiting metrics: time-to-hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance.
• Lead final mile on senior hires: compensation framing and offers.
• Drive onboarding effectiveness and cross-functional ramp-up.
• Manage agency spend and optimize cost-per-hire.
• Establish a defensible process with structured interviews and records.
