DoorLoop, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to shape our leadership team in a fully remote East Coast US setting. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for GTM executives, leveraging AI sourcing tools and partnering with executives to forecast talent needs and close top talent.

Experience building AI-driven workflows, recruiting at VP/C-level across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations, and a track record in fast-growing SaaS startups are essential. EST hours required.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including startup environments.
• Proven track record recruiting senior GTM leadership (VP/C-level).
• Experience recruiting across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Leverage AI sourcing tools to identify high-quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast talent gaps and deliver solutions.
• Drive DEI initiatives in recruitment and champion inclusive hiring practices.
