Job summary

Loop AI is looking for a high-velocity recruiter to help build our teams across Sales, GTM, Strategy & Operations, Product and Marketing. You will partner with the C-suite and senior leaders to map talent, define profiles, and lead searches end-to-end.

You will leverage Lever, Juicebox, Jack & Jill, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven tools to source exceptional candidates at scale, while maintaining a strong candidate experience and pipeline discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for GTM, product, marketing and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to source exceptional passive candidates.
• Comfort with fast-growth startup environments and high-output hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the C-suite and senior leadership on key hires across multiple functions.
• Own searches end-to-end from outreach to offer and close.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent maps for priority searches.
• Use AI, automation and modern sourcing technology to increase speed and quality of talent discovery.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation and market dynamics.
• Maintain structured recruiting processes and strong ATS/pipeline discipline.
