Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruiting.
2+ years in crypto space strongly preferred.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting for a fast-paced environment.
Ability to source and build diverse talent pipelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record using social media, networks, and research methods to engage talent.
Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices and sourcing tools.
Ability to remain organized while adapting to a dynamic environment.
Ability to attract, engage and close talent.
