Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 7+ years experience in Human Resources with emphasis in Staffing.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition functions.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, hospitality, retail, entertainment, attractions, operations, or high-volume environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success implementing recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, automation solutions, and AI-enabled recruitment tools.
• Experience developing recruiting analytics, workforce dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• High proficiency in ATS, HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled recruitment technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Talent Acquisition leadership and strategy, guiding the recruiting team.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies aligned with growth and planning.
• Partner with senior leadership to anticipate staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
• Create a high-performance recruiting culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
• Establish priorities and allocate resources for critical hiring initiatives.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Recruit for exempt, non-exempt, professional, management roles across functions.
• Develop competency-based interview guides, job descriptions, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure timely communication throughout the candidate lifecycle.
