Job summary

Master Search Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting function for a large, dynamic organization in New Jersey. The role oversees full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning and branding across hospitality, retail, entertainment, and operations roles.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR with staffing focus and 5+ years leading recruiters, plus experience with ATS, automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years in HR with emphasis in staffing.
• 5+ years leading recruiters or a talent acquisition function.
• Experience implementing recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, automation and AI tools.
• Experience building recruiting analytics, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Recruiting experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, attractions or other high-volume environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the recruiting team, setting priorities and allocating resources to business-critical hiring.
• Recruit hands-on for exempt, non-exempt, management and hard-to-fill roles, from requisition intake through offer.
• Champion AI, automation and ATS improvements to speed up hiring and improve candidate experience.
• Track and report time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire and offer acceptance; use data to improve results.
• Train hiring managers on interviewing, selection and legal compliance.
• Keep recruiting compliant with federal, state and local employment laws, including background screening, drug testing and Form I-9.
• Build the employer brand through content, social media, career fairs, colleges and community partnerships; manage recruiting vendors and budgets.

Job description

Our client, a leading New Jersey based family style entertainment provider, is searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its talent acquisition function. The company is growing, investing in and expanding its entertainment offerings, and it's an exciting, fun and casual place to work, where employees enjoy working and playing at the venues. This is an onsite position in Bergen County, NJ, five days a week, with some planned evening and weekend events and flexible hours around them.

Reporting to the Vice President of People & Culture, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager leads the recruiting team and partners with senior leadership and hiring managers across a workforce of about 1,000 employees. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting technology, metrics, compliance and recruiting vendors for corporate, hospitality, entertainment, retail, attractions and operations roles.

In this role YOU will:

• Lead, coach and develop the recruiting team, setting priorities and allocating resources to business-critical hiring

• Recruit hands-on for exempt, non-exempt, management and hard-to-fill roles, from requisition intake through offer

• Champion artificial intelligence, automation and applicant tracking system improvements to speed up hiring and improve the candidate experience

YOU might be the right person if YOU have:

• A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field

• 7+ years in human resources with an emphasis in staffing

• 5+ years leading recruiters or a talent acquisition function

• Experience implementing recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, automation and artificial intelligence tools

• Experience building recruiting analytics, dashboards and key performance indicator reporting

• Recruiting experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, attractions or other high-volume environments preferred

Base salary: $100,000-$130,000.
