Job summary

Dealpath is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition in San Francisco to own the TA strategy, lead critical searches, and guide two contract recruiters with the VP of People. You will define role clarity, interview plans, and candidate evaluation while scaling our hiring engine for a fast-growing real estate SaaS platform.

You’ll coach interviewers on structured processes, apply AI responsibly, manage vendor relationships, and report key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including senior leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
• 3+ years leading recruiters, contractors, or agency partners.
• Experience hiring across go-to-market and technical roles at a growth-stage B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in recruiting with bias and compliance awareness.
• Experience building structured interviewing, scorecards, and ATS workflows.
• Experience managing recruiting vendor and agency relationships and budgets.
• Proficiency with recruiting metrics, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own Talent Acquisition strategy, operating model, and annual hiring plan with leadership.
• Lead critical searches, including senior leadership, while hands-on in sourcing and closing.
• Coach and manage two contract recruiters, balancing workloads and priorities.
• Own vendor/agency strategy, terms, spend, and partner accountability.
• Partner on role definitions, job descriptions, interview plans, and scorecards.
• Coach interviewers on structured evaluation and bias checks; lead debriefs.
• Use AI tools to speed sourcing, screening, and outreach with guardrails.
• Lead offer strategy and closing conversations with senior candidates.
• Own Greenhouse workflows and monthly metrics reporting to leadership.
• Advise on talent market conditions and compensation competitiveness.
• Shape an inclusive candidate experience and employer brand with Marketing.
