Job summary

ACQ is seeking a Director of Operations to run the business day to day and own the operating systems behind our studios, including people operations, recruiting, payroll, call center, inventory, facilities, and compliance coordination. This hands-on leadership role requires solving problems, building scalable processes, and delivering weekly operating cadences.

The position is remote-based in the US with up to 80% travel to studio locations, aiming to drive profitability as locations scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations across multiple brick-and-mortar locations (regional/district/multi-unit).
• Direct experience with payroll, recruiting, performance management, facilities, or inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the studio network, corporate team, call center, scheduling, inventory, and warehouse.
• Own recruiting, performance management, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
• Build and run scorecards, operating reviews, and weekly accountability cadences.
