Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or PM at marketing/creative agencies.
• Experience managing multi-client content/talent programs.
• Strong financial literacy and contract basics (SOWs, NDAs).

Responsibilities

• Build agency operating systems and weekly business rhythm.
• Translate strategy into resourced, budgeted plans.
• Lead capacity management across strategy, creative, production, community and paid support.
• Forecast margins and manage monthly close hygiene (COGS, WIP, accruals).
• Evaluate and implement project management tooling; drive adoption and SOPs.
• Standardize briefs, calendars, QA and delivery workflows across platforms.
• Operationalize SOWs/NDAs and rights licensing.
• Establish client cadence and coach teams on accountability.
