Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a hands-on operator to own company metrics, operating rhythm, and critical initiatives. You will remove heavy lift from the CEO, drive multi-state regulatory and payer strategies, and coordinate vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in a rigorously high-growth or fast-paced role.
• Excellent writing ability with clear, decisive communication.
• Strong analytical capabilities; able to build and validate models from a blank sheet.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's metrics and operating rhythm from board to team level.
• Own the CEO's workload by preparing and finalizing materials, due diligence, and vendor coordination.
• Unblock bottlenecks in credentialing, contracting, and payer enrollment to accelerate growth.
• Own hard one-offs like new state entry analyses, regulatory work, and system migrations.
