Job summary

Finni Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company transforming the way ABA practices are built and operated. This Strategic ABA Practice Partner role focuses on operational leadership, financial acumen, and strong provider relationships to help practices scale and deliver exceptional care.

You will be a trusted operator and advisor to ABA providers, translating data into actionable plans and guiding strategic initiatives across multiple locations, with a focus on sustainable growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ABA or behavioral health with leadership of ABA practices.
• Understanding operational realities: staffing, scheduling, payer relationships.
• Experience across locations and/or states is preferred.
• Partnering with BCBAs, clinical leaders, or practice owners.
• Link between clinical quality, capacity, and financial outcomes.
• Strong financial sense for ABA practice management.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Finni's provider partners.
• Understand each practice's goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Act as strategic thought partner on operational, financial, and growth decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve practice performance and translate them into action.
• Develop actionable plans with providers and execute them.
• Analyze performance and track KPIs to drive growth.
• Create regular business reviews and communication decks.
• Support launches and scaling of new practices.
