Job summary

Finni Health in the United States seeks an experienced operations leader to partner with ABA practice owners. You will run and grow high‑quality practices, balancing clinical care with financial performance, and translating insights into actionable plans that scale across locations.

You’ll own relationships with providers, optimize staffing and workflows, and drive KPIs like utilization, growth, and patient access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ABA/behavioral health, leading or scaling an ABA practice.
• Understand ABA operations: staffing, utilization, scheduling, patient growth, retention, payer relations.
• Experience with multi-location or multi-state operations is preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with practice owners.
