Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a Strategic ABA Practice Partner to work closely with ABA practice owners, guiding them from launch through scale by improving operations, finances, and strategic execution.

You’ll partner with providers to turn insights into action, manage performance metrics, and drive sustainable growth across multiple locations while balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ABA or behavioral health experience with leading or scaling an ABA practice or multiple practices.
• Strong understanding of ABA operations including staffing, scheduling, utilization, RCM, and payer relationships.
• Experience partnering with BCBAs, clinical leaders, or practice owners.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive growth.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Finni’s provider partners and understand each practice’s goals.
• Act as a strategic thought partner on operational, financial, and growth decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and help turn them into actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and drive regular business reviews with providers.
