Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Practice Operations to own credentialing and payer enrollment workflows across multi-state healthcare regulations. You will map current state, design end-to-end processes, and hand them to owners with measurable outcomes.

Collaborate with credentialing, revenue cycle, product, and HR across time zones, build living SOPs, and drive adoption. This role emphasizes execution, data, and rapid enrollment improvements to shorten wait times for families.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running operations in a complex, regulated environment.
• Healthcare experience preferred, multi-state a plus.
• Startup/healthcare tech exposure is advantageous.
• Ability to translate team needs into engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Own operational problems from definition to optimized solutions.
• Design end-to-end operating procedures with clear owners and timelines.
• Define metrics and ensure trustworthy data for dashboards.
• Establish checks for quality and evidence of work.
• Partner with Product to translate requirements into build specs.
• Roll out solutions with team adoption and documented SOPs.
• Handoff completed assignments with measurable success.
