Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Practice Operations to own credentialing and payer enrollment operations and to design best-in-class end-to-end workflows. You will partner with credentialing, revenue cycle, product, practice success, HR and compliance to align operational changes with business goals.

You are an operator who can fix broken processes, build SOPs, and hand off to a named owner with measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running operations in a complex, regulated environment (healthcare preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in building fixes with SOPs, workflows, SLAs.
• Strong execution and follow-through with measurable results.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Influence without authority to change how others work.
• Credentialing exposure to CAQH/NPPES/PECOS or payer enrollment is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and EHR/operational tools.
• Mission alignment with Finni's autism-care objective.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own operational problems from definition to optimized solution and drive adoption.
• Design end-to-end operating procedures with owners, timing, escalation paths.
• Define metrics and ensure trustworthy data and dashboards.
• Implement checks to confirm work is completed on time with proof.
• Translate team needs into engineering specs and verify outcomes.
• Roll out solutions across time zones and train teams to sustain them.
• Finalize assignments with named owners, published metrics, and 60‑day checks.
• Collaborate with credentialing, revenue cycle, product, HR and compliance.
• Take on evolving responsibilities as Finni grows.
