Job summary

LogicSource is seeking a senior Benefits sourcing professional to develop and execute strategic procurement programs across client industries, with a focus on HR and benefits services.

You will own the end-to-end RFP process, negotiate with suppliers, build ecosystems, and monitor spend, performance, and savings targets for clients, delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of indirect procurement experience with deep HR & Benefits expertise.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations, TCO modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in MS Office, with excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
