Ladders is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing- Corporate Services. This remote role focuses on building a global benefits sourcing practice, aligning HR and Benefits categories with client stakeholders, and driving measurable savings through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate with suppliers, and scale best practices across multiple client groups while partnering with C-suite and senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10-15 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing, specifically in HR and Benefits.
• Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and leading large-scale sourcing events.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations.
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels, particularly in services industries.
• Expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in change management and building cross-functional consensus.
• Knowledge of supplier ecosystems in marketing categories.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Strategic Sourcing- Corporate Services to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape and scale a strategic sourcing function focused on corporate services, with particular emphasis on HR and Benefits categories. The director will partner closely with client stakeholders and senior leadership to develop sourcing strategies, lead complex negotiations, and drive measurable savings through data-driven decision-making.

The position also calls for building best practices, managing supplier ecosystems, and advancing value engineering and change management efforts across multiple client groups.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $185,000 annually
