LogicSource, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing – Corporate Services to lead HR and Benefits sourcing programs. You will own end-to-end sourcing processes, develop innovative cost-reduction strategies, and engage with client stakeholders to deliver measurable savings and supplier performance.

The role emphasizes TCO modeling, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional leadership. Occasional travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10–15 years in indirect procurement/strategic sourcing with HR & Benefits focus.
• Proven experience building sourcing strategies and running large events.
• Strong supplier negotiations and client interaction at all levels.
• Expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex strategic sourcing engagements across HR and Benefits.
• Own end-to-end RFP process: data gathering, development, execution, evaluations, and contracting.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies including value engineering and demand optimization.
• Guide supplier negotiations, analyze spend and savings, and report to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with C-suite and client teams to ensure category execution.
