HealthEquity is seeking a senior partnerships leader to guide and grow strategic partnerships that expand CDH accounts and revenue across health plans, brokers, and consultants.

You will lead Strategic Partnership Executives, shape partner growth strategy, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and senior leaders to convert strategy into measurable market results for HealthEquity in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Strategic Partnership Executives to drive CDH account and revenue growth across health plan, broker, and consultant partnerships.
• Define and execute partner growth strategy, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to differentiate HealthEquity in the market.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable growth and results.
