MinistrySafe is seeking a Director of Partnerships to expand strategic relationships and drive growth across churches, denominations, and partner networks. You will lead a team of Account Executives, coach performance, and nurture long-term collaborations with ministry leaders and insurers.

You will partner with the CEO to execute market strategies, negotiate enterprise contracts, and represent MinistrySafe at events. A strong, mission-aligned leader with a proven sales mindset is essential.
