• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports MinistrySafe's mission, brand, and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a growing marketing team consisting of Product Marketing, Website Management, Graphic Design, Video Production, and Marketing Operations.
• Partner closely with the CEO to transition existing marketing initiatives while identifying new growth opportunities.
• Oversee creation, management, and distribution of high-quality content across video, digital, email, web, and social platforms.
• Maximize MinistrySafe's investment in HubSpot by helping optimize marketing automation, lead generation, segmentation, reporting, and customer data.
• Build marketing campaigns that increase awareness and adoption of MinistrySafe's 5-Part Safety System, Background Checks, and Training solutions.
